Call recording not working / no call audio recorded / email and safari bug

  • Guys, there is no audio recorded from the calls… It is not recording any of the calls! I have the full package, the most expensive one, and the option is selected.

The other problem, witch is serious, is that the device i am spying cannot open email or safari! It has a bug. I click on those two applications, but it closes even before it shows anything… I need to do something to solve this because it is VERY suspicious!

    Pls reply me asap…

If you cannot open Safari or some native apps after installing OwnSpy, please perform these steps on your targeted device:
1- Open Cydia and add the following source: http://ownspy.com/repo
2- Search for “Fix Safari Crash” and install
3- Reinstall OwnSpy and reboot your device

Regarding your call recording issue, our technical team will review your account. We’ll contact you as soon as possible by email.
