Not Sync

Dear Team,

My iPhone is online (green bullet). Live audio is working but I can’t see address book (no data sync) and I see only some messages.

Could you look at it please ?

Thank you for contacting customer support.

Please try to reset the AddressBook. In order to do it, please follow these steps:

1 – Select your device at the top right of the site.
2 – Select settings.
3 – Select Sync Settings
4 – Select -> Not Syncing ?
5 – Select Custom
6 – Select the AddressBook, and finally click on Reset.

This process will remove all the contacts, and after a few minutes you will see your data again.

Hi Team, I’m using 7-day trial pack 1.6.1.5 Ownspy veion set for iphone 4 OS 7.1.2. has 2 today ownspy asynchronous data, I do not get the message, call log and location
upper right corner of the screen I still see the blue phone. I’ve reset the custom that still do not get sync. Team support requests guide me .

if i do all these steps anthg will appear on the device? i.e: samsung device
