I’m not receiving any information at all, what can I do?

If your device  is not sending information.

Please follow this procedure:

1.- Go to your OwnSpy account, click on «Your Device» -> Settings
2.- On the bottom of the page click on Uninstall Ownspy remotely Now!
3.- Reboot your device and wait for 15 minutes
4.- Reinstall OwnSpy
5.- Wait for 30 minutes and check the OwnSpy site
