I’m not receiving certain data, what can I do?

Please try to reset the feature. In order to do it, please follow these steps:
 
1 – Select your device at the top right of the site.
2 – Select settings.
3 – Select Sync Settings
4 – Select -> Not Syncing ?
5 – Select Custom
6 – Select the feature that isn’t working, and finally click on Reset.
 
This process will remove all the data of that feature, and after a few minutes you will see your data again.
