It has been 6 days since I logged a helpdesk ticket with you regarding missing call records but no anwser from you yet. What I have noticed that between certain time ( approx 14:00 and 7:00 a.m. London time ) the call recording attachments do not exist. There aOnly a call listing but without attached links. Then if i do a several refreshes and reload call recordings then a couple of call may appear. Could you please let me know when it will be fixed
