Please consider that LiveAudio depends on the target device connection. If you receive «Out of range» that means the device is unavailable at that moment, so you must try later.

This situation could be due to several reasons, for example if the device is off or without coverage, or maybe it doesn’t have enough bandwidth, etc.

If the problem persists, please try to use this feature while the targeted device is connected to a WiFi network. If the issue persists by then, even on WiFi, please tell us the date and time of the attempt, as well as the devices and web browsers you have used to log in, so we can review your device’s log.
