My account is not retrieving monitored data since yesterday, however I am able to use live audio, also the green dot that means the phone is online is ON.
When I sync it through the website manually, it displays a new «last sync» time-stamp. But no new data is uploaded to the server.
Internet is available on the monitored phone (since I can still use Live Audio)
What number do you need in the field that says «Nombre»
is it the monitored phone number, or my phone number, or support code: 349634?
Monitored phone: iphone 5s (ios 7.01)
